Best CPU/processor for gaming 2012-2013

Well i am posting this quite a bit late, but this might still be helpful for the people building a gaming rig. Most people want the best out of what they are paying for. Here we looking at a high end rig for best performance for the price. AMD are upcoming with their 8 module CPUs, but we are looking at Intel in this article. From Intel we will consider the latest Ivy-Bridge processors.

We will also limit this article for the overclock able CPUs, overclocking is important these days to make sure you CPU stands out and performs will with the GPUs out there. There is a significant gain in performance with the overclocked CPU.

Which are the three CPUs we are considering?
They are the 3570K and 3770K.
Let us have a specification comparison.
Product NameIntel® Core™ i5-3570K Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.80 GHz)Intel® Core™ i7-3770K Processor (8M Cache, up to 3.90 GHz)

As you see in the above comparison, 3570K stands out better than 3770K for the price and performance,  in gaming you are good with four cores, and a CPU that is overclock able to 4.5GHz stable. Both of them can do it, but there is a $100 difference between both of them. The difference between both are four threads which are not important in gaming. This is why the best gaming processor award goes to 3570K.

Battlefield 3 is over

Finally Battlefield 3 is over with End Game expansion pack, it is a good expansion, after march the game is lagging a bit, looks like DICE has downgraded their servers, still not sure why lag persists. Anyways we had a great game it was well worth the premium membership. looking forward to Battlefield 4 multiplayer, especially the sea warfare. Can't wait for the action, I am also looking to upgrade my PC, till then enjoy the screenshots below.

Cloud computing technology information and it a boon or bane?

Cloud Computing is an emerging technology useful for all types of users like large/small enterprises, businesses, end users. It is already being widely used, if you look closely the perfect example for this is your email, like Gmail, Yahoo mail, Windows live, your email, data and files are stored at remote locations, whenever you want to access them you need to have an internet connection. These services are available everywhere and at no cost. Cloud computing technology is generally related to this, you important information and data are stored at remote machines which are remotely available. This reduces hassle for the user, increases the security and reduces cost. Services like Google drive and Dropbox are cloud based file storing, sharing services. It is always better to store a file on cloud and access it from other places rather than carry storage devices everywhere. I generally store my important word files on Google Drive and access it in College, this makes sure my files are safe and secure and I need not worry about my portable storage devices which are easy to corrupt, can be lost, attract virus.
So basically Cloud Computing is a technology by which user can store data on remote locations and access them from anywhere.
The advantages of it are:
1. Reduced Cost - For enterprises it may cost, but for end users it is almost free.
2. Increased Security - The Cloud servers are safe and secure than most portable devices and even you PC.
3. Simplified Storage - The storing and retrieving is easier than in personal computers.

The disadvantages:
1. Privacy - You files can be seen by the admin or moderators of the server.
2. Internet Connection - Requires internet connection to access cloud.

So as we see the disadvantages are not that bad, so Cloud computing is an emerging trend which will benefit everyone.
