Most experts have announced this situation as can't wait situation, Mostly for the benchmarks. The 8 core FX-8130P will have a base clock of 3.8GHz and turbo at 4.2GHz. The FX-8130 will have a base clock of 3.6GHz and turbo at 4.0GHz. The main question is can it beat the Intel sandy Bridge with the "K" series.

Well you can see Intel's 4 core processors can still beat 6 core and 8 core Bulldozers. There is still a fight to go on June and Fall 2011. To counter AMD's Bulldozer Intel will launch 22nm Ivy bridge earlier.
