Intel i5 3570K Specifications

These are the detailed specifications of the 3570K, the one thing I did not mention here is that 3570K comes with an Integrated GPU i.e HD 4000, this is a very good GPU capable of playing games like Battlefield 3 at medium settings. We will see the benchmarks of the HD 4000 in the next Page.

Intel i5 3570K Benchmarks and Final Words

First let us see the power consumption of this CPU, Ivy Bridge have 22nm process that means that it will consume less power, below you see the benchmark for power consumption at 100% load, image thanks to xbitlabs. Both 3570K and 3770K perform way better than other 32nm CPUs from Intel and AMD.
Here you see HD 4000 has a very good performance at HD quality i.e at 720p or medium settings. Thanks to anandtech for this benchmark.

Her are the CPU performance. Techradar gave a nice benchmark for i5 3570K.
So the i5 3570K is build for gaming, it is neither overkill nor weak for gaming. It will hold the crown till Intel brings out its next CPU generation.
